Stephen set up entitledto in 2000 and is responsible for the design and functionality of entitledto's website and products. He is a professional web application designer with over 20 years experience, including four years working for ITSA/SEMA. Stephen has significant experience of a range of web-based technologies and infrastructure and particular knowledge of Server products and database technologies.
Dr Phil Agulnik
Phil is responsible for the entitlement rule-base that underlies entitledto's website and products. He has worked as an economist in the Department for Work and Pensions, HM Treasury, the Financial Services Authority and in academia. He has a PhD from the London School of Economics on social security policy.
Catherine manages entitledto's relationship with clients. Before joining entitledto she had 15 years experience managing client and customer relationships for an international travel company.
Kate is entitledto’s Marketing & Business Development Manager. She graduated from the University of Durham in 2000 with a BSc (Hons) in Human Sciences and also has professional marketing qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Graphic Design qualifications from Westminster College.
Nicki has extensive experience working in benefits and local taxation spanning over 20 years. She holds the Technician professional qualification from the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation (IRRV) and uses her expertise to look after the content of the calculators while also providing customer support to entitledto clients.
Karen works on entitledto's content and product development. She has a BSc (Hons) in Social Policy and has extensive knowledge of the benefit system and welfare reform gained over 10 years specialising in welfare benefits.
Liza has over 15 years experience in the public sector, working in central government, the Metropolitan Police, and National Police Chiefs Council delivering service improvements across a range of settings and managing change across large complex organisations.
Dan is entitledto’s Training and Content Manager. He has worked in welfare benefits for ten years, providing training and policy expertise to a number of local authorities. He currently specialises in welfare reform, particularly local council tax support and Universal Credit, and in the welfare to work area.
Roland leads on the welfare to work sector for entitledto. He is a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining entitledto he was Financial Director at Jobcentre Plus for 5 years. He has extensive knowledge of benefits and the welfare to work business.
Antony started working with entitledto in the summer of 2012 to introduce the range of entitledto calculators to social housing landlords. Antony has over 15 years’ experience designing and developing digital solutions for the social housing sector through his own company Emerald. He was responsible for developing the entitledto Bedroom Occupancy Calculator into a smart phone App for iOS and Android devices.

So we promise:
1. To respect your privacy. Your email address will NOT be associated with the information you input into the benefits calculator. The answers you provide will not be retained in our system.
As different parts of the benefits system change, we may want to notify you of specific changes which might affect you personally. For example, if you are entitled to Universal Credit, we might send you updates on that topic. However, we will NOT keep information that associates specific users with particular figures or other information of that sort.
At present we do not do this. If that changes, we’ll let you know.
2. Never to resell your information or use it for marketing purposes. We will ONLY use it to keep you up to date about changes, or proposed changes to the benefits system.
3. You'll always be able to unsubscribe, if you'd like to, for any reason.
